Simulator news

Not long to go now...

The room is now taking shape and hopefully by the end of next week, the room will be ready the arrival of the simulator. Unfortunately, the fitting for the simulator will be the week beginning 11th March. Below are a couple more photos of the progress made. We have put out a couple of offers which are really good opening deals and I don’t think they will take too long to be all taken.

Course news

Update!

Unfortunately, last weekend the course was closed due to severe early morning frosts and a chance of rising temperatures later in the day. This can cause early lasting damage to the greens and with the lack of late season growth at the end of last summer, whatever grasses we have on the greens could have been damaged and diseased due to last weekend’s weather causing a lot of green disruption at the early stage of the season.

Only a couple of weeks left to enter the first world event of the season, will Big Phil defend his title, I’m not sure all of the top 20 players in the world will be competing, but I’m sure it will be a very strong field and tough for Phil to come out on top. Still time to enter draw either pop in to the shop or reply to this by email cost £5.

How important is the white thing?

There are two constants on every shot you hit when you’re out on the course – you and your golf ball. That’s why it is so important to use a ball which suits your game, rather than using any old ball that you find in the trees or at the bottom of your bag.

Are you clubs custom fitted?

The majority of golfers have realised the benefits of getting custom fit when it comes to new clubs; so why not your ball, too? You'll be amazed at how much difference having a ball which suits your game can make to your scores - and handicap!

Spotlight: TaylorMade M5/M6 drivers
