Welcome to my new look online newsletter which will be dropping in your email box every week, hopefully igniting your enthusiasm to play more and better golf. I shall endeavour to pass golfing tips, industry news and views and just about anything connected to the wonderful game that we all so enjoy.

What is most important to you? 

As we start the new season, we always need to ensure we have the best or more importantly the right golf equipment in our hands. 

So in my first newsletter, I have a simple survey for you to complete. It will take you just a couple of minutes and one of you could win some golf balls. 

So I would like to know, when you buy golf equipment do you buy based on brand, price of fit?

Ossett Tyre House Am-Am - Friday, 12 May 2017

There were 29 teams which took part in the Ossett Tyre House Am-Am. The event went successful, and it was a great day. Thank you to the Sponsors Mr Ken Clarke, Mr Stuart Clarke for their continued support of the event. Also on the Saturday, they also ran a fun golf evening which raised £200 to the captains Charity and also another £200 to the junior section.

Pro Competition

Last weekend was my Pro's competition. The overall winner with a resounding score of 49 points were C.Swift and J.Richardson, they have also won £25 each. The division one winner's were A.Bradley and M.Howe with a great score of 47 points, they have won £20 each. Division two winner's were T.Ruecroft and G.Jessop who scored 45 points and also have won £20 each.

New Arrivals

We have had some new arrivals in the past few week's. The TaylorMade M family has now arrived, including the M1 and M2 drivers, fairways and hybrids.
